IMHO I do not believe Empire is going to build an LPG stripper anytime soon, but they may be able to tweak the plant to the 5Tj/d (as stated in previous announcements) above the RG plant's nameplate capacity.
The above may be totally incorrect but if by some miracle this board has managed to attract a cornerstone investor who buys out ERM's 19.4% holding in EGO and who has the money to fund and drill holes and not give some pie in the sky plan about a 4 well drilling program this year that was never ever going to happen.
