They wouldn't be basing purchase price on future projections. The Vendor would see $$$ and want more.
They would only be basing this on a $ per litre. That $ per Litre would be "Commercial in confidence".
I appreciate that people want the price to remain low until real figures are given, but if in all seriousness you think the price will fly then maybe you need to do your sums.
The Company reported a loss for period end Dec 2015. The Company has already spent approx $90 mil on investment partnerships and here you are having kittens over $857k.
The Company still has $34 mil in cash.
