    I don't think it is amazing it is a distraction, MOU's are worth nothing unless they are binding, there have been many of these signed in the past that have amounted to nothing!
    The same questions remain, they have extended the Fortune notes deal but for how long and on what terms? How much cash do they currently have? How long before the forward sale of the gold takes place?

    Perhaps the next quarterly may provide more information but I am not confident it will IMHO.
