re: wpl and hdr Middle
Yes, the mention of WPL having its eye on HDR was interesting (its been said a number of times lately). Just as reassuring is the way that Mauritanian oil production is continuously being discussed by WPL as a certainty. This makes HDR's equity offshore Mauritania very valuable on a projected cash flow basis. WPL will want HDR when this cash flow gets closer to reality - but will they wait that long? HDR's agreement with WPL has a no move clause for 12 months that expires in October.
Interesting times ahead.
