re: wpl and hdr attn:hardmano Hardmano--have to admit that until recently have seen HDR as just a profit opportunity with some quick buy & sells.
But bought back in recently @ .59 after the Fin Rev. articles attracted my attention.
This 'no move' clause agreement with WPL/HDR wouldn't proclude another party buying up a position in preparation for post October? That might expalin why the price seems to have been capped?
