    While I do not completely disagree w some of the sentiment expressed I nitr this. Funds need to be raised because we do not produce yet. Therefore any raising regardless of the method will be a dilution to existing holders. Even if we get a LC JV there will be dilution. Do people think a partner is just going to gift us $80 million?
