Maybe jumping the gun a bit there @Cosmoterios... You cant be sure EVM were not told the money had been remitted. As GoldStriker said in an earlier post:

"This is not your standard bank transaction, very likely to include dependencies (sub-clauses) of various third-parties signing off on project deliverables agreements, etc. This is complex business"

There could be a number of reasons why it hasn't been received. I'm sure management would not have made the announcement if Valentia hadn't informed them the money had been sent...
