If you put that announcement side by side with the first MOU (NASDAQ Chipset manufacturer) you'll see they are almost identical. MOU even mentions the collaboration generated from PACT. These two announcements (Collaboration and MOU), I believe, refer to Intel. So this is great news...because the second MOU is with an even bigger company.
