I checked out ASIC after your comments BTW and there is not so much as a mention of Reefton so that appears to be a bit of a porky pie.

Also looking at the quarterly activity report with lease renewals, new farm in agreements etc they appear to still be proactive and moving forward.
The buyer @ 2.3cents for 1million plus stocks would probably also agree.

An article in the paper recently talked about Reefton going from darling to dud.... I imagine we'll see this ugly duck turn into a Swan again soon.
