re: chartists ewl anytime I warn anyone about trading liquidity such as this stock with its trade free days and gaps, they can as often as not continue on their merry way as you have noticed with this.
anyway here is the weekly chart over the period you wanted it looks fine

best way is to enter these on pull backs and trade small parcels only.
The midline standard error channel on the top chart looks like a good channel trade stoploss
its at 063 and coincides with the 12 period exponential Moving average on the weekly(red dotted)
