The A$ will tank in a seriously bad stock market correction / financial markets meltdown. I think 2008 fell to mid US$0.60c. But before Chinese demand for commodities it was $US0.47c in 2002 when I moved overseas.
I have a 30% equities / 70% cash (A$).
