Totally agree @nihilism
It boggles the mind that a CEO can spend so much of his time communicating with shareholders who have little else to do then post on a forum... If I was a shareholder, I would be hoping that he would be bogged down with emails and phone calls in relation to his business' growth... Not just keeping small holders happy so they can post happy comments on a forum...
As a holder you should value a CEO's time as X amount per year (salary/share incentives etc.) plus the value you see above this... According to this forum it seems he spends a considerable amount of time replying to a range of posters on here... Which of course is a cost to the company...
It's simple, if you are "small fry" act like small fry... if you're a top 20/40 holder, great - contact the CEO... However I would say... If you are a top 20/40 holder why on earth are you wasting your time on here when you have $$ to go enjoy the perks of life!?
