Has the rare earths, graphite short term boom about it, then market realises its just a fad and only the current producers will make money and room for one or two mines only (ORE is best placed). Peeps forget that small market commodities like lithium etc are not as profitable like the bulks and base metals as the market prices tend to be very volatile and can be affected fairly rapidly.
