    When you compare the chart of CBH against PEM and KZL it's looking pretty sick with both KZL and PEM recovering well of late.

    IMO it seems like investors have the nervous nellies and are still waiting on full production before pouncing.

    A good time to accumulate (not that I have any spare cash).
