Yeah there is always the possibility the % doesn't change, we are a small player after all. I should point out that when we got the dirt, this was the standard (in fact, only legislated) way of doing things, the mining code has changed since then. Being that we stuck with the country during the GFC when many other bigger players cut and run, bringing our agreement in line with the new mining code would be a good reward. That doesn't mean to say it is in any way certain or even more probable than not.
