Its a tiny little company (much smaller than CYP) with lots going on. Writing a Cheque for $2.5m is no small feat for this outfit. Its funded solely by the larger companies. I can only guess that the 60 day delay on the $250,000(even I could write that out) and then the delayed payment of the balance of $2.25m is THEY DON'T HAVE THE DOE.
