maybe he's a station worker out checking boundary fences,watering points and moving cattle so they don't shit on DKO's ground lol. again free to go anywhere he likes.
maybe he's got a miners right and he's out prospecting for gold with all the other prospectors up there, again free to go wherever he likes.
or maybe he's just driving around on the gazetted roads that are all over the place up there and he pulled over to take a dump.
point is, while it might be MPJ's exploration tenement which is actually on a pastoral station (who by the way have more rights to the land than MPJ do), there are a swagger of people who still are free to go where ever the F they like. good 'warning' tho, no doubt craney will not take it seriously
