Am I the only one who thinks the share price will go up tomorrow and not down?

Sure there is likely to be some panic selling amongst the weaker stomached holders on here, but I think there will be opportunist hands waiting for them.

If there's only 242 odd million shares trading on the ASX for 9.3 odd million extra shares at 15 cents, where is the other $2.7 millions dollars they want going to come from when they (the Directors, Peter and Robert etc) have the balance of shares, if they aren't going to participate?

If they aren't, they get to choose who they give those shares to!

With so little shares available on the ASX the only way to get a decent serve is to push the price up too much. I think it wasn't underwritten because it didn't need to be. They are sure the "Company" will get the money it needs.

I intend to stick around and participate in the offer and actually "give" the "Company" the money it needs to benefit all shareholders. Plus its late and I might not even have my suppositions correct as I don't have a Mensa mind..

Mind you this is all my own opinion and I've been wrong with so many other startup enterprises before.
