Why only place 3m shares , and why at a price so close to mkt at the time ??

Reason ? The Directors expect the shares to be significantly higher short term (imo) and to issue , say, 10m shares at '$1' placement in Sept or Oct to drill on ?

Also the reason for spreading a measly 3m shares between 3 broking houses ... lol , almost unheard of , but will guarantee plenty of exposure and aid the charge toward $1 with placee's averaging up ??
