"I never doubted Fars potential but what will it cost me as a investor to reach a decent return? "

If you don't doubt FAR's potential your problem then is what do you consider a decent return and do you look at FAR as a serious Company or a play thing. Farjoy who appear to have supported the CR think in generations, many on HC vary from minutes to a year or two.

Many on HC have stars in their eyes and dream of multi baggers overnight the Farjoys of the world look for an investment that may give them multi bags after many years but at worst give them a reasonable return but it will be just a part of many investments held. Most institutions will consider 7% average year on year a good result and many struggle to acheive that..

From where FAR sits in the cycle it will likely give very good returns and a lot of risk has now been removed, like many companies a lot of those returns can happen over short periods of time and then retreat or do nothing for some time. We have already had one this year going from 6.4c to 12c and now back to 8.9 c.

With regards to your comments on FAR failing to attract instos early thats just classic HC pub talk, the answer is very simple, many instos aren't allowed by their own rules to invest in high risk stocks or oil stocks without reserves or stocks out of the ASX 200 or many other parameters, we needed the likes of independent investors like Farjoy who we do have onboard.
To add to that given the carnage we have seen in this sector over the last 12 months getting any serious money onboard is getting close to miracle territory and as the last raise has shown CN and her team have pulled off that miracle ..

In the end FAR is just another Company like thousands out there trying to establish themselves in whatever sector they have chosen, some will make it some won't but FAR's chances are many times better than most in the sector they are involved in , we have made the discoveries which are huge, we have proved that SNE can flow at economic rates in a low price enviroment and we are now cashed up to get the interference testing done to establish a DOC while still increasing our resources. We have also had a reality check with Bellatrix which is now behind us for the meantime.

All that has been achieved while Companies slash and crash around us and that enviroment unfortunately has cost us big time in terms of shares on offer however that doesn't stop us growing it just means the returns will less..in other words welcome to the real world of investing in emerging Companies or any Companies for that matter...there are good times and bad times but as long as you can extract what you originally put in you are off to a good start...

If you expect fabulous returns over short timeframes then FAR is probably the wrong stock if you want good to very good returns over a longer period I would struggle to think of a other one with the same potential, beyond food and water oil is the most essential commodity and even food and water need it to produce or transport around, thats unlikely to change anytime soon..

    Cheers Whisky
