One question that remains though, in hindsight of all that has occurred in the past 12 - 18 months... is management deserved to yet some more options after the recent 62,000,000? (and I've read that some won't make a decision until having had the opportunity to listen to their explanation at AGM.... well I don't expect that management will do/say any thing other than "promising you a rose garden" or whatever. )
Just as a thought.. not only directed towards FAR but all companies finding themselves in similar position: I think it would be fair had management invited all shareholders who held Far shares for say more than 12 months (uninterupted), with a certain minimum value (say $100k or more), to partake in the CR.. then, if those longterm holders who at least had a bit of skin in the game, cannot partake, then there is absolutely no one that can bitch afterwards about the CRs or the price of the CRs.. No one. I guess that will only happen in Lala Land.
