this is the crux of the problem - we have 1 shipment out but we haven't got long term sales contracts in place unlike bhp / rio. if we cannot put contracts in place in times when it is a producers' market stale bull liquidation develops in the stock ie funds move to more short term prospective stocks. looking at the trading volumes it does not appear that there is any deliberate price suppression for an accumulation.
