ni 19 year high. Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Nickel rose to the highest price in at least 19 years on the London Metal Exchange on speculation that global inventories will be eroded by rising demand from makers of stainless steel.
Stockpiles of nickel monitored by the exchange have plunged 83 percent this year, and prices have more than doubled. Demand surged for the metal used to reduce rust in stainless steel as China needed more raw materials for homes, cars and appliances---- looking good for AGM Cheers Vin
