Yes Rob Pole is not a director or on the boar, or even involved anymore. Why would you want to be, he co founded the technology with jason gitmans, pole now probably owns a shit load of shares, is aware of its potential and is now sitting back ready for it to take off, now its up to the 'business men' to do what they do best, grow the business.
IMO the product is there. There is honestly nothing more Rob Pole could do for the product other than have his piece of the pie and let his $$$ grow.
Great decision by the directors i think.
