Sis, that was probably the point that made the least sense in all of this. Why did AGS allow themselves to run out of money? Especially since the major shareholder is the son of the 4th or 5th richest person in Australia. For the sake of a couple of million dollars we were forced into a fire sale?
That is what leads me to believe that this outcome was planned by both parties.
