    Nice couple of posts Dex.

On your first point it is an absolute must that a higher proportion of the younger generation are giving job opportunities. This is critical as Australia's population ages and our tax base shrinks. Further, your point on big infrastructure tax funded projects is the key to this solution. I know myself and I am 32, would look at perhaps shifting to a new regional center to further my economic prosperity through perhaps starting my own business. This can only be a win win situation, as the younger generations are economically pushed out of our major city centers to seek their own financial futures.

Lastly, your point on middle welfare is spot on and the government should cut all tax concessions immediately. Also further to your point on welfare, you would find that 99% of these families are actually spending their entire welfare within their residing communities each week. This has a flow on effect from small, medium and large business which all pay tax back to the government.
