ok so they printed that info regarding the high chance that we are indeed heading towards 51% as that is far from gossip its actually in print,again splitting the 2 entities into 2 separate coys (alluvials and kimbos) for who's purpose (angollys or us) we will find out soon enough.It may be a requirment from the Angollys just to keep the books cleaner who knows,very good news though.
Any form of j/v is possible but as amol stated it never stops a T/O but gives the assumption it has a purpose for some requirement and i tend to think its formed for the Angolan then for us as it would be a huge hassle for Lucapa to try and put in place with how slow and difficult they are to do the paperwork side of things over there.
I suggest if your invested in LOM you read that link Amol put up and really digest some of it as it was the last port of call for SW on his trip.To not read it is stupid.
