It's also incorrect from the first paragraph - in no way is it unbiased.
Panmure have been appointed as financial advisors by Lucapa - therefore it PG has a vested interest in its advancement.
Lucapa is not funding it's kimberlite exploration from alluvial income - why bother reading after that, it's a fundamental error and speaks to the quality of the author.
Just a sales pitch, nothing more IMO.
