Seems like a bit of pre-emptive sh_t stirring going on here - lets see what happens tomorrow before going off half cocked - its been to long a journey to shoot the camel right before it may take us to some water...

....one thing that keeps slapping me in the face is - how on earth did GK get all those price sensitives if this isn't???...... as samscout said the ASX decides so it must follow that companies present to the ASX information for release and then the asx decides if its price sensitive - BUT if the company chose not to present information to the ASX then they couldn't make the call............... IF this plays out with no follow up then we storm the bastille - letters to ASIC angry emails etc etc but seriously we have no idea if they are or aren't right now....FFS complaints to ASIC before anything has or hasn't occurred - tomorrow is the day...lets shoot the camel if it doesn't complete the journey but only then..
