WRONG !!


You're looking at the possibilities from the wrong angle my friend. It's NOT what value we can ADD to Intel (eg. your figure $275 million) but rather it's what we can DO for them.


Intel are worth $55 billion because they are market leaders and managing to hold onto that position by staying a step ahead of their opposition. If it turns out that XPED has what the world wants/needs with our technology, Intel would be wise to "connect" with us (pun intended) in order to maintain their first mover advantage over competitors.

So you see.... it's not the fact we are ADDING to their worth. It's more the fact we may be able to STOP their worth dropping if they don't work with us.

Is it better as a company to gain $275 million..... or NOT LOSE (pick a figure - say 10%) $5.5 billion ?
