Longer term the rebound of the POO doesn't need a price freeze. US shale rigs are in massive decline, exploration and development of new fields has become uneconomical and demand for oil is steadily increasing, especially from India which is overtaking China in terms of economic growth. So while talks about a freeze continue to add volatility to the POO the underlying positive trend is our friend.
