How do you get "more than 4 months to develop the strategy"? The CDC acquisition was first announced on 29/12/15 when they signed the acquisition agreement. Your reference is probably to when the TH was announced which was just prior to Christmas Eve. Pity then if they had instead purchased a residential property, s/to finance, on 90-120 day settlement terms. If however this represents a period of "endless delay", then perhaps the share market represents too much of a pressure cooker environment in which for some investors to be.

The facts however speak for themselves and that is that, right at this moment, they have (according to what's previously been released to the market, plus what BP said of them from a CDC revenue perspective going forward) :
* 6 working farms in place.
* A herd size of 3000+.
* Milk production of ~20m/L per annum.
* Raw milk production revenue of ~$10M per annum.
* Raw milk positive operating cash flow from 2Q16.
* The new CDC acquisition in place and settled, adding in a further $22M - $25M in annualised revenue (at current levels of plant utilisation, with the ability to double this going forward + adding in further value added opportunities).
* Available cash and funding resources of ~$7M in order to acquire new farming assets.
* Current farm security arrangements arranged on what appears to be <40% (circa, 35%+) LVR basis.

The upcoming market presentation should therefore both reinforce, as well as add to this meaning that the next pieces to the puzzle are likely to then be added in place. So, yes, they need to get the updated presentation done, dusted and released, but equally, they're now in charge of a $30M - $35M+ sized revenue business (going forward) which will now progressively grow further in size into the future.
