It's been explained many times but ignored. The loss of the Swinton contract means loss of cost of sales expenses (car hire and repair etc) staff costs of answering the telephone and organising repairs are negligible. Costs of sales much bigger expense than staff. Look at HY report. $200m annualised compared to total staff costs $500m per annum
