Graham Kelly told us that Novogen had acquired seven 'sectors' of earnings potential and growth. They were from memory, Cantrixil, Trilexium, Anisina and the degenerative and regenerative fields within the Jacob Hope program that together added a further four areas of opportunity.

For some insane reason, over fifty per cent of our company's IP was shelved by the current board - that which is represented by the Jacob Hope science.

Now for the purposes of comparison, Australia apparently has 12 of the top ranked swimmers going to the Rio Olympics. So with any luck, we have every chance of gaining at least say twelve gold medals in the pool. Now lets say Swimming Australia then says well we can only afford to send say five - does anyone here think that in their right mind that people are going to shrug their shoulders at that and simply move on??? How is that going to reflect on the profile of swimming - its interest, support and sponsorship after that. That would amount to nothing less than a debacle. What hope would swimming have to rectify its profile for the future?

Well as I see it, that's what Garner's ingenious bunch of lieutenants have accomplished for Novogen. Hats off - well done.

In short, the only foreseeable leadership opportunity for him as I see it, is to resurrect say one sector of the Jacob Hope program and look to partner. That would offer the company us some validation of the science without having to wait years for toxicology reports or trial results to re-rate our profile.

Garner has NO CEO experience - let alone leadership qualifications in what is such a difficult market sector to gain traction with the public. We lost more in Graham Kelly than merely a CEO.

If Garner needs to burn the midnight oil and stay up late to come up with some inspiration to lead this company then we have the wrong man. We need to send him to Centrelink to rub shoulders with a few other non-performers.
