“why is MXC surging whilst MMJ is losing ground?” – Fair question ‘MrHammond’
Without getting into the psychology of share trading and the shifting moods & expectations of traders, It is fair to say that ‘confidence’ in the product and management of a company is paramount for a healthy positive outlook and a supported share price.
I am personally shocked by the way MMJ has recently ignored the needs of their shareholders. It appears that ‘everything’ is hanging on the Duncan approval for MMJ to start moving forward. The timeline for this approval, apparently is well past with not a peep from management. No update on sales of Satipharm CBD capsules, no update of anything related to Health Canada regulatory approvals, no nothing! Investors are rightly concerned by the lack of information from management and apparent lack of ‘action’. No mention of the appointment of the new PR company charged with keeping the public informed. Unfortunately, they can only work on info fed to them by management. At the moment, they information flow is not happening!
For a long time I was a consistent promoter of the virtues of maintaining a holding each in a bid to have all options covered in the growing Australian / global MC market. However, recently MXC has proven beyond doubt to be a far superior marketer and promoter of its product. It is keeping to its deadlines, and achieving all and more that it has set out to do. MXC is showing to be a much more progressive company with management that understands the market place needs and fulfills share holder expectations with regular updates.
This a company that does great deals to enhance shareholder value. The share price still has a LONG way to go.
