I know you dont own any shares, but are you currently holding a short position?
I Dont want to hear you telling us how your closed your short position days before a superb announcement, nor do i want to hear how you shorted more shares days before a terrible announcment.. Somehow coincidentally you always end up on the wining side of the fence after an announcement is made, yet we cant substantiate this since you will never tell us what your disclosure is before an announcement.
So, why dont you clear it up for us. Whats your disclosure now? That way theres no confusion.
