I agree leased. The brokers are all looking unfavourably at telstra (with due reason I believe). You know things are bad when M&D investors are rejecting such an aussie blue chip too!
Telstra has way too much uncertainty associated with it at the moment, the regulatory decisions pending combined with the govt. indecision makes. IMHO any trade on the stock at the moment is nothing but a gamble.
