The corresponding net entitlement reserves under the production sharing
arrangements are expected to be reduced by a lesser proportion than changes to the gross field
reserves.
From the ROC announcement.....
The Operator, Woodside, is reviewing the performance data in order to explain the
decline with one of the potential key factors being a less continuous reservoir sand
system than had been previously assessed. The Operator has advised the Joint
Venture that it is not in a position to provide updated reserves at this time.
Might be a while before it all comes together at Ching.....HDR's Tuesday report should make an interesting read......
Think the sell down has been overdone.......but as someone said...you never know with HDR !
