I doubt you were dudded, more likely you couldn't see everything that's happening. Brokers put trades through from off the board. Years ago, when I traded very actively, I couldn't live without WebIress (frequent trader platform). If you really need to know what's happening, you need to pay up & transfer to that platform, well worth $80 odd per month for a frequent trader, free if you do 8 trades per month.
