Volume on the spx last 4 nights looked ominiously weak signalling trouble. Property prices in the US and local hitting the skids. Mortgagee auctions on the rise. In many instances the banks lent more $$$ in 2003 than the market is happy to pay atm. Could be a bargain shopping bonanza come Sept/Oct.
On the sidelines for now.
