That is a ridiculous announcement. All these big numbers, and no details as to what benefit XTV will get. If it is super good news for shareholders, only insiders can be confident and buy, and if it has little in it for XTV SH, insiders can sell out on this.
There should be a suspension of the shares until this announcement is clarified. I'll put XTV management on my blacklist TBH. Dodgy whether super good news or not.
