its all about the market cap, 282 M is pretty steep for current revenue. Super cheap for its potential revenue. So traders are trying to find a value that merges the two. Then there's the trading gap from .19 to .22 that's needs to be filled before a real base is formed. the .23 level was not a level of support but a gap from .19.
