The phrase "house of cards" is littered all over 'dead man walking' blog sites in reference to Quindell and adopted by posters in the UK to describe what SGH bought.
Don't sit their pluming your feathers for plagiarising a phrase already extensively used to describe the situation.
It is more likely said lawyer rag adopted the phrase "house of cards" after reading blogs using the phrase going back to 2014.
