AND I may have been very lucky but I was having trouble installing a new wifi so I rang Telstra today and got fantastic and wait for it FAST service, very polite and very helpful!! maybe feedback has finally been heard by the top, and a change in policy re services and support being offered? I hope all get the same and it was not just a very lucky call? After all it is a new customer for them. If they keep it up across the board no reason their price cannot be back to 6.50 ish again soon, so I will look at topping up at the dips.
