Hi Jak, thanks for the thoughtful posts and positive sentiment.
Hoping you can help with something that is puzzling me. Why do posters persist on referring to paying back the loan(unable to currently), extending the loan period, difficulty meeting loan payments etc.
As far as I can see all we know is part of the debt facility is due 2018 and the balance in 2020. Nothing I can see suggests debt repayment is due prior to those dates.
I do expect debt to be paid down but if it isn't prior to 2018 we don't appear to be in breach, notwithstanding ratio covenants. The only definite liability prior to 2018 appears to be interest payments.
I'm probably missing something here, appreciate to read an opinion on what I'm missing.
