re: why takeitover when it will fall apart? My wife has 369 only shares in AMP,as part of initial issue.As an ordinary,average mum,there is no way she will take up this $5000 retail offer.Now if most mums and dads do the same,the underwriters are going to have $500mill worth of shares they either have to place or dump on the market.What price then for AMP??
