Would it be prudent to raise enough first time around to fund Colorado and first stage of Georgia. The Aussie Dollar is high. If they can time it right to raise at close to 25c. Say 100 Million at 25c. $25 Million Aussie. Need to convert to $US. At current rate that is US$19.5 Million. Shows strength. Then can be self funded. Of course will need GDOT Class A approved I reckon. Bit of dilution but should see the benefit in long run. If other states and large orders come in could take on debt to expand.
