No I disagree, makes no sense to assume that when the loan term date is mentioned that it may be shortened to no earlier that 31/3/17.. why state that in H1 if the amendment has tossed out the term date out the window already as you say. IMO they had to amend the SFA because of write down which triggered an interest rate increase.
