Healyn this is what concerns me is that Ken etc knew there were problems prior to 13th April announcement. So why did they release the drill rig. It is either a major over sight, mistake or do they really understand what they are doing on the well floor. This is an unbelievable situation and doesn't give the market or investors confidence that these so called drilling experts have a handle on this. They haven't communicated so what am I to believe.

It amazes me the rig was released when they knew problems existed. They could have waited a few days and got straight into repairing this well. None of this makes sense to me. I am not trying to start an issue here but seriously this should have been handled better either said rig in replace to repair problem. Or said well beyond economical repair so rig released and we are plugging it and moving on. Am I missing something.

The actions or lack of actions regarding this announcement is very concerning to me as EGO would have read the announcement as we have all done and the message was extremely negative and SP consequently falling. Who is buying these cheap shares and if it is a board then re between lines of this announcement. Just not right if this happens. Not happy as holders haven't been treated well.. Read this and you will understand my concerns.

Lets fix quickly and prevent any further damage to SP. Or come out and say it's beyond repair. I believe it's repairable and worth the risk to do it. Our board urgently need to re still confidence and communicate why, how and when. GLTA.

Progress

The completion rig and personnel were demobilised from the RGN-1 site. The well testing equipment was mobilised to site, and then installed and pressure tested.
Wireline swabbing of the C sand commenced to remove sufficient completion brine in the tubing string to induce flow in the C sand.
This operation has taken longer than expected due to losses of completion brine to the formation during the perforating and completion programme.
Minor wireline equipment issues have also slowed progress. Positive indications that the well is progressively being induced to flow are evident.
