hawks , i think the problem isnt that affordability aint there, its more the gen y folk are mostly brand pigs , only premium wine , taylor made suits & gucci lounge suites for them. no doing it hard anymore. they waste too much coin on dumb sh!t and complain they cant afford a house within 2 stops of their fav hipster wine bar. boo hoo for them.
